9月16日第三屆中歐醫院管理學科建設人才培養全球論壇、全球發布會歡迎晚宴在中國廈門W酒店盛大開幕，晚宴前中歐講師團召開了閉門會議。醫院管理層最重要的工作：把醫院管理好、把學科建設好、把人才培養好、只有醫院管理層和學科帶頭人的理念一致，才可能把這三件事做好，只有做好這三件事，才可能把病人服務好，只有真正服務好病人才能成為世界上最好的醫院之一?，F在中國政府對醫療的投入越來越大。這次疫情賦能中國的是醫療在全球的地位。這次疫情把醫療提升到了一個前所未有的位置。畢竟醫療是國際名聲，拼的就是全民健康、幸福指數、疾控系統、物質儲備、醫院管理、學科建設、人才培養都是中國醫療的重中之重。

On September 16th, the Welcome Banquet of the 3rd Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management, Specialty Construction & Talent Cultivation Global Press Conference was grandly held in W Xiamen, China. Before the Welcome Banquet, the Sino-Euro Faculty Members held an internal meeting. The most important jobs of the hospital management are: doing well in hospital management, speciality construction, and talent cultivation. Only if the hospital management and academic leaders share the same philosophy, could these three things be accomplished well. Only if these three things are fulfilled, could the patients receive medical services of good quality. Only if hospitals provide good medical service for patients, could hospitals become one of the top hospitals in the world. Now, Chinese government keeps increasing its investment in medical industry. China’s response to COVID-19 pandemic has endowed China a prestige in the medical field of the world. And the pandemic has raised the importance of medical industry to an unprecedented level. After all, medical quality is part of international reputation, and it depends on public health and happiness index. Disease control system, material reserves, hospital management, speciality construction, and talent cultivation are all the crucial parts of China’s medical industry.
