Participate in the conference with the "all-in-one" name badge
As this conference adopts an invitation-only system, an exclusive name badge has been prepared for each participating guest. Guests are required to complete registration and collect their name badges at the registration desk on November 15th.
The name badge will be required for entry to all venues, including the Opening Ceremony of the SEOS 2025 Global Press Conference, the venue of the 5th Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management, Specialty Construction & Talent Cultivation 2025, and the Closing Ceremony of the SEOS 2025 Global Press Conference.
Conference Dress Code
To ensure the solemnity and professionalism of this international conference and maintain a professional and consistent visual impression of the event, we would like to kindly remind you of the following:
Dress Code for the Opening Ceremony of the SEOS 2025 Global Press Conference (November 15th):
Men: Black suit, white shirt, dark-colored tie, black lace-up leather shoes, and label pin (to be collected and worn at the registration desk)
Women: Black dress and black heels
Dress Code for the 5th Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management, Specialty Construction & Talent Cultivation 2025 (November 16th):
Men: Black suit, white shirt, dark-colored tie, black lace-up leather shoes, and label pin
Women: Dark-colored suit and black heels
Local Temperature in Shaoxing (November 15th-16th): 11-18℃. Heating will be available in the venue; however, due to the large temperature difference between the indoor and outdoor environments, it is recommended to bring 1-2 additional long-sleeved sweaters or outerwear to avoid catching a cold.
Simultaneous Interpretation Headsets
The 5th Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management, Specialty Construction & Talent Cultivation 2025 will be broadcast globally with dual-channel (Chinese and English) simultaneous interpretation. Simultaneous interpretation headphones have been prepared for all participants. Please arrive at the venue entrance in advance at 8:10 to collect the headsets. To prevent loss of the headsets, please place them on your seated table after the conference for unified collection by our staff.
Certificate of Attendance
On-site participants of the 5th Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management, Specialty Construction & Talent Cultivation 2025 will receive a Certificate of Attendance signed in person by presidents and key academic leaders of university hospitals from China and Europe.
