11月27日，德國國家科學院院士、哥廷根大學醫(yī)療中心神經(jīng)內(nèi)科主任B?hr教授正式開啟在江門市五邑中醫(yī)院的客座教授一周工作。早上10:00副院長余尚貞教授親自帶領腦病科團隊在醫(yī)院門口迎接教授。隨后院長馬少鋒教授、副院長余尚貞教授、副院長章光華教授、腦病科主任石青教授等人為B?hr教授舉行歡迎儀式并頒授客座教授聘書。在歡迎儀式上，B?hr教授介紹道：哥廷根大學是一所國際知名的研究型大學，創(chuàng)立于1737年啟蒙運動時期，創(chuàng)立至今一直秉承科學、民主、包容及公正的社會責任價值觀。有74位諾貝爾獎得主曾在哥廷根大學工作、學習、生活過。哥廷根大學醫(yī)療中心由醫(yī)學院及其大學醫(yī)院組成，是德國最大、最以研究為導向的醫(yī)院和高等院校之一。哥廷根大學醫(yī)療中心有140位教授，3700名醫(yī)學生，7900名員工。每年收入5億歐元，獲州政府資助1.6億歐元，還有6000萬元第三方資金。每年有大約6.5萬住院病人及22.5萬門診病人，服務輻射320萬人口。12月1日，德國國家科學院院士B?hr教授中國工作室成立儀式在江門市五邑中醫(yī)院隆重舉行，這是廣東省第一個德國國家科學院院士中國工作室，雙方將在醫(yī)教研交流與合作中發(fā)揮重要的引領帶動作用。B?hr教授談到：作為一名醫(yī)生，除了要成為自己專業(yè)領域的專家外，還要思考如何改進整個國家的醫(yī)療體系。他正為聯(lián)邦德國衛(wèi)生部提供咨詢，讓大學醫(yī)院承擔更多責任，發(fā)展基層醫(yī)院及診所，致力于降低醫(yī)療成本的同時提高效率和質(zhì)量。

On November 27, Prof. B?hr, Director and Chair of University Medical Center of G?ttingen and a fellow of the German National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina started his one-week visiting professorship at Jiangmen Wuyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. At 10:00 AM, Prof. B?hr was warmly greeted at the entrance of the hospital by Prof. YU Shangzhen, the Vice President of the hospital and the team of Neurology. Then a welcome ceremony was jointly held by Prof. MA Shaofeng, the Hospital President, Prof. YU Shangzhen and Prof. ZHANG Guanghua, the Vice Presidents of the hospital and Prof. SHI Qing, the Director of Neurology. Prof. B?hr gave a brief introduction on the welcome ceremony. The University of G?ttingen is an internationally renowned research university. Founded in 1737 in the Age of Enlightenment, it is committed to the values of social responsibility of science, democracy, tolerance and justice. 74 Nobel Prize Winners had contributed to the development of the University. The University Medical Center of G?ttingen (UMG) includes both the Faculty of Medicine and the University Hospital. It is one of the largest and most research-oriented hospital and educational facilities in Germany. There are 140 professors, 3,700 students and 7,900 employees at UMG. It has a annual care turnover of around 500 million euros, 160 million euros support from the state and 60 million euros from third-party funding. It receives around 65,000 inpatients and 225,000 outpatients annually and provides medical services for 3.2 million people. On December 1, the Inauguration Ceremony of China Office of Prof. B?hr was grandly held at Jiangmen Wuyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This is the first China Office of fellow of the German National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina in Guangdong Province. The China Office will play an important leading and driving role in medical, scientific research, and academic exchanges between both parties. Prof. B?hr also shared his insight that, apart from being a specialist in a certain field, a medical doctor should try to contribute to the improvement of the healthcare system. Prof. B?hr is now offering consultation to the Federal Ministry of Health to support the primary hospitals and to expand the responsibilities for university hospitals, reducing the medical costs and improving the medical efficiency and quality in Germany.
