今天看到一則消息：海南省人民醫院張院長要把該院的科室由北上廣的王牌醫院來承包。還口口聲聲“院包科”。這位院長就是個沒本事的角色。他全部讓中國所謂的有名的醫院來承包他所有的科室。那他自已的科室算什么呢？其實在中國的醫院是存在有鄙視鏈的，北上廣的超大型醫院很多醫生都認為自已很牛很牛，大佬們更認為自已天下無敵。他們有什么動力來幫助別人的科室，你把科室全部交到外人手中，他沒有義務為你全力以赴，他只能盡力而為。如果長期派人空降到這個科室，雙方會為了某些利益肯定會鬧矛盾，這是人性，到時看張院長如果收場？在中國看病老百姓是只認廟，不認和尚。你自已的廟都沒建好，北上廣的醫院再好，那是人家的廟，人家的廟與你無關，你以為把科室承包出去，你就輕松了，病人就來了？你自已沒有屬于自已的醫院管理，學科建設，人才培養，你就一無是處。
