6月13日下午2:00，仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療四人團(tuán)隊(duì)前往慕尼黑大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院大哈登院區(qū)拜訪心臟外科主任Hagl教授并對(duì)他進(jìn)行《世界上偉大的醫(yī)生》2024年收官特輯的專訪。2011年，Hagl教授年僅44歲就成為了慕尼黑大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院心臟外科主任，這是德國(guó)最大心臟外科中心及最大心臟移植中心之一。該科室有成員155名，每年可完成3000例手術(shù)，2023年完成約1500臺(tái)體外循環(huán)手術(shù)，ECMO植入200余臺(tái)，心臟及心肺聯(lián)合移植100臺(tái)。德國(guó)第一臺(tái)心臟移植手術(shù)、第一臺(tái)心肺聯(lián)合移植手術(shù)、第一臺(tái)心肝肺聯(lián)合移植手術(shù)都在此完成。心臟移植一年存活率80%，十年存活率為70%。該科實(shí)驗(yàn)室在全球首先開(kāi)展了豬心異體移植的實(shí)驗(yàn)并于2018年在Nature上發(fā)表報(bào)道。Hagl教授的父親是全德國(guó)乃至全歐洲最知名的心臟外科專家之一，他曾任海德堡大學(xué)醫(yī)院大外科主任、歐洲心胸外科協(xié)會(huì)主席及德國(guó)心胸血管外科學(xué)會(huì)主席。在采訪中Hagl教授也與我們分享了父親對(duì)他職業(yè)生涯的影響、他對(duì)年輕醫(yī)生培養(yǎng)的計(jì)劃、他對(duì)科室未來(lái)十年的規(guī)劃等。Hagl教授將于2025年與Stief院長(zhǎng)共同擔(dān)任2025中歐醫(yī)院管理學(xué)科建設(shè)人才培養(yǎng)全球論壇大會(huì)主席，與中國(guó)同道有更進(jìn)一步、更直接的交流，分享他在臨床工作、科學(xué)研究、科室管理多年所得的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

At 2:00 p.m. on June 13th, the team of four from Gloryren headed to the Grosshadern Campus of the University Hospital of Munich to visit Prof. Hagl, the Director of the Cardiac Surgery Clinic and Polyclinic, and had an interview of him as a special closing episode of The World's Great Doctors of 2024.In 2011, Prof. Hagl was appointed as the Director of the Cardiac Surgery Clinic and Polyclinic of the University Hospital of Munich, which is one of the largest cardiac surgery centers and heart transplant centers in Germany. The Cardiac Surgery Clinic and Polyclinic has 155 employees and performs 3,000 surgeries per year. In 2023, about 1,500 interventions with heart-lung machine, more than 200 VA ECMO implantation, and 100 heart and lung transplants were performed. The Clinic reached several milestones as the first in the field of heart transplantation: The first heart transplantation, the first heart-lung transplantation, and the first heart-lung-liver transplantation in Germany were all performed there. Patients who received heart transplants in the Clinic have a survival rate of 80% in the first year after surgery, and 70% in 10 years. The laboratory of the Clinic is one of the first worldwide to start the pig heart xenotransplantation experiment, and published a report on Nature Journal in 2018.Prof. Hagl's father is one of the best known cardiac surgery masters in Germany and even Europe. He is the former Director of the Surgery Department of Heidelberg University Hospital, and the former President of the European Association of Cardio-Thoracic Surgery (EACTS) and the German Society for Thoracic, Cardiovascular Surgery (DGTHG).In the interview, Prof. Hagl shared with us his father's influence on his career, his plans for cultivating young surgeons, and the plan for his department's development in the next 10 years. Prof. Hagl will serve as one of the Presidents on the 2025 Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management, Specialty Construction and Talent Cultivation with Prof. Stief, Deputy Medical Director of University Hospital of Munich. He will have deeper and face-to-face exchanges with Chinese colleagues and share his rich experience accumulated for years on clinical work, scientific research, and department management.
