你作為醫生，你在醫院生存的資本是什么？現在四川大學華西醫院，中國排名老二的醫院，人家現在改革了。如果只是碩士畢業，永遠只能做主治醫生了，千年主治醫生，博士畢業才可以申請副高，博士畢業卻沒有海外一年學習經歷，就沒有資格再申請正高了。在德國，要博士學位才可以申請行醫資格證，只有博士畢業才有資格到正規醫院做醫生。未來中國醫療改革肯定會嚴查醫生文憑。中國醫生大把本科畢業，是人是馬都可以做個醫生，這對病人的生命是有極大風險的。中國醫生抄論文，花錢買論文，大佬讓學生賣命，大佬天天花天酒地，無所作為。碩士博士導師壓根沒有任何科研經驗，照樣帶學生，學生也不學習，只想拉關系，上梁不正下梁歪。私立醫院和外資醫院只想撈錢，一個比一個黑，簡直黑到家了。這就是當今中國醫療的現狀。中國不缺醫生，中國缺有認知的醫生。優秀的醫生都是獨立思考獨立判斷。

Nowadays, West China Hospital of Sichuan University, the second-ranked hospital in China, has changed the regulation of promotion.If you only hold a master’s degree, attending doctor will be the end of your career pathway.Only doctoral degree holders are eligible for application for the title of Deputy Chief Physician. A doctoral degree holder without one year of overseas study experience is not eligible to apply for the title of Chief Physician.In Germany, the practice of medicine requires a state-issued licence after successfully completing a six-year study of human medicine. About 60% of the doctors practicing in Germany hold a doctorate and most of these doctoral projects start in parallel to the study of human medicine.In the future, educational background of medical doctors will be strictly evaluated and screened in China’s future healthcare reform.  Many Chinese doctors only have a bachelor’s degree, and anyone at any level can be a doctor, which poses a great risk to the lives of patients.Chinese doctors plagiarize papers and even spend money to buy them. However,  those bigwigs only push students to work hard and indulge themselves in excessive pleasure, doing nothing about these. Many master’s supervisors and doctoral supervisors have no research experience at all, but they still receive students and many students don’t care about studies, they just want to ingratiate their supervisors, which can be said that those in subordinate positions will follow the example set by their superiors.Private hospitals and foreign-funded hospitals only want to make money, and each of them is more excessive than the other, which is way out of line.The current situation of healthcare in China is that there is no shortage of doctors, but there is a shortage of doctors with correct awareness.All excellent doctors have independent thinking and judgment.
