On April 9, the Sino-German Pediatric Orthopedics Global Live Webinar hosted by Guizhou Provincial Orthopedics Hospital was successfully held in Baiyun campus of the hospital, and this conference aimed to better develop the Department of Pediatric Orthopedics, strengthen the international exchange and promote the construction of specialty in the hospital. With great honor, the conference is featured with Dr. med. At the beginning, Qiu Bing, Member of Digital Orthopedic Committee of SICOT China and Medical Director of Guizhou Provincial Orthopedics Hospital, introduced the history of Pediatric Orthopedics Department as well as efforts and achievements made by the Pediatric Orthopedic Department in recent years in Pediatric Trauma and Correction of Limb Deformity. On behalf of the hospital, President Qiu Bing extended warm welcome and sincere thankfulness to every expert and colleague attending the conference. During the conference, Prof. Benedikt Leidinger shared a lecture titled with Patella Instablity-the role of trochleaplasty in pediatric orthopedics and Prof. Yang Jianping gave a lecture titled with Principles and strategies of correction on pediatric low limb deformities. Both experts analyzed cases from various aspects such as biomechanics, deformity, treatment difficulties, treatment strategies and surgical plans, and shared their profound clinical experience. Prof. Chen Houping, Prof. Luan Bo, Prof. Liu Fuyao and Prof. Wu Shengzhong respectively shared detailed cases and led a heated discussion.  The conference benefited every colleague a lot and left them panting for more.
