2023年2月10日下午，2023年度膝關(guān)節(jié)置換翻修視頻會議連線汕頭大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院第一附屬醫(yī)院、汕頭市醫(yī)學(xué)會骨科關(guān)節(jié)外科學(xué)專業(yè)委員會與德國海德堡大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院。本次會議邀請到德國海德堡大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院大骨科主任、海德堡大學(xué)骨科教授、德國骨科與骨外科學(xué)會董事Renkawitz教授進行組配式假體在人工膝關(guān)節(jié)置換翻修中的應(yīng)用主題演講及交流。

汕頭大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院第一附屬醫(yī)院院長陳永松教授、汕頭大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院第一附屬醫(yī)院骨科胡軍教授、汕頭大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院第二附屬醫(yī)院骨科陳育春教授、汕頭大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院第一附屬醫(yī)院骨科鄭創(chuàng)義副教授、曾潤銘教授、李文勝副教授、盧曉輝副教授、陳洪江副教授及本地區(qū)骨科同道出席會議。

Renkawitz 教授在本次會議中分享組配式假體在膝關(guān)節(jié)翻修的應(yīng)用，詳細分析了人工膝關(guān)節(jié)置換假體松動的機理、課程中著重闡述了使用金屬墊塊、延長桿替代骨移植物解決假體松動的問題。Renkawitz教授結(jié)合團隊多年實踐的病例，總結(jié)了如何預(yù)防人工關(guān)節(jié)松動、此類翻修手術(shù)的操作體會、骨缺損補償后力學(xué)平衡等問題，與會者結(jié)合各自臨床工作中遇到的問題與德國同行進行了熱烈的討論。

會議尾聲，胡軍教授總結(jié)，感謝Renkawitz教授的精彩演講，也感謝骨科同道的熱情參與討論。Renkawitz教授表示非常開心再次參加此次與汕頭大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院第一附屬醫(yī)院及汕頭市醫(yī)學(xué)會骨科關(guān)節(jié)外科學(xué)專業(yè)委員會聯(lián)合舉辦的視頻會議。雙方共同希望在未來有更多的機會進行更加深入的學(xué)術(shù)探討與交流。

In the afternoon of Feb. 10, 2023, the Knee Replacement Revision Webinar 2023 was held successfully in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College, with specialists from the Orthopedic and Joint Surgery Committee of Shantou Medical Association and Heidelberg University Hospital in Germany attending. Prof. Renkawitz, Medical Director of Department of Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery of Heidelberg University Hospital, Professor of Orthopedics in Heidelberg University and Member of the Board of Directors of the German Society for Orthopedics and Orthopedic Surgery (DGOOC), was invited to deliver a lecture and exchange on the topic of the application of modular implants in the revision of TKA.

Prof. Chen Yongsong, President of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College, Prof. Hu Jun, Head of the Department of Orthopedics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College, Prof. Chen Yuchun, Department of Orthopedics of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College, Prof. Zheng Chuangyi, Associate Professor of the Department of Orthopedics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College, Prof. Zeng Runming, Associate Prof. Li Wensheng, Associate Prof. Lu Xiaohui, Associate Prof. Chen Hongjiang and fellow orthopedic surgeons attended the meeting.

Prof. Renkawitz shared the application of modular implants in knee revision in his lecture, elaborating the mechanisms of loosening of the implants after primary TKA and highlighting the use of filling pads and tibial stem extender instead of allograft to fix loosening. Prof. Renkawitz summarized on how to prevent loosening after primary TKA, the surgical experience of such revision surgery and the mechanical balance after reconstruction of bone defects, with cases performed by his team over the past few years, and the guests exchanged views with Prof. Renkawitz on the problems they encountered in their clinical work.

Upon the closure of the webinar, Prof. Hu Jun thanked Prof. Renkawitz for his excellent lecture and the active participation of his fellow orthopedic surgeons in the discussion. Prof. Renkawitz expressed his delight in participating the webinar jointly organized by Shantou University Medical College First Affiliated Hospital and Orthopedic and Joint Surgery Committee of Shantou Medical Association once again. Both parties shared the hope that there can be more opportunities for deeper academic exchanges and conversations in the future.
