美國GDP的19.7％用于醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生支出，美國的醫(yī)療費用排名全球笫一，美國的醫(yī)療是全世界最沒有效率的體系，哪家醫(yī)院哪個醫(yī)生還叫著要向美國學(xué)習(xí)醫(yī)療，他們腦子一定是進水了。他們不懂什么才是真正的醫(yī)療。古巴長達半個世紀(jì)被美國封鎖，但古巴真正建立了一個保障人民健康的醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生體系。他們還為全世界培養(yǎng)醫(yī)生。古巴巨大的醫(yī)療資源全部都撲在基層醫(yī)院。他們的基層醫(yī)院24小時為人民服務(wù)。中國1949年人均預(yù)期壽命只有35歲，改革開放后人均預(yù)期壽命提高到了68歲，2021年已提高到78.2歲，這是人類醫(yī)學(xué)史上的重大奇跡。中國從50年代到70年代重點發(fā)展了基層醫(yī)療，每個單位都有醫(yī)院和醫(yī)務(wù)室。鄉(xiāng)下有赤腳醫(yī)生。正是基層醫(yī)療解決了人民各種疾病，方便快捷，保障了人民健康。1978年中國醫(yī)療費用支出100億，當(dāng)時中國10億人口，平均每人花費才10元。這就是基層醫(yī)療的偉大之處。

The U.S. spends 19.7% of gross domestic product (GDP) on healthcare, more than any other country, but not with a better outcome. This is the least efficient healthcare system worldwide. Something must go wrong with the doctors or hospital executives who want to learn from the U.S. system. They do not have their own understanding of healthcare. The U.S. has been implementing sanctions on Cuba for more than 60 years. But Cuba is a country which really establish a healthcare system that prioritizes and guarantees people's health. They train medical students from all over the world for free. Most of the medical resources go to the primary healthcare institutions. The primary care clinics open 24/7. Before 1949, the life expectancy was 35, after that, the life expectancy rose to 68. In 2021, it is 78.2. This is a significant milestone in the history of medicine. From the 1950s to the 1970s, China focused on developing primary medical care, equipping each organization a hospital or a paramedical room. In rural areas, there are village doctors offering basic medical service. It is these primary healthcare providers who guarantee the health of the people efficiently. In 1978, the total health expenditure in China was 10 billion yuan. With a population of 1 billion, per capita health spending was only 10 yuan in China. This explains the greatness of primary health care.
